Our Causes

Updated: Feb 22, 2021

The COVID-19 Pandemic has sent the world into a tailspin of unprecedented events. After much thought, we have decided to postpone our delivery of goods to breast cancer patients out of consideration for their health and safety Although we are disappointed that we will not be able to carry out this project right now, we remain resilient and persistent in our goal of helping to conquer breast cancer. We have handpicked the following three organizations, which we believe most authentically model our mission. For the foreseeable future, we will be splitting our profits between The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, The Pink Fund, and Breast Cancer Action.

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is a unique organization in that it focuses solely on improving breast cancer research. Research allows us to understand the complexity of breast cancer, as well as take steps towards prevention and cures. The BCRF funds nearly 275 of the best researchers from all around the world. We are proud to support the groundbreaking work of brilliant researchers in the battle against breast cancer.

The Pink Fund

The Pink Fund provides financial support to those suffering from breast cancer, so that they can meet their basic needs, reduce their stress, and begin healing while undergoing treatment. They feature a 90-day grant program which funds breast cancer patients for housing, transportation, utilities, and insurance. This work is vital, as undergoing treatment for breast cancer is often too costly for patients and their families to manage alone.

Breast Cancer Action

Breast Cancer Action works to hold corporations and politicians accountable for their empty promises about breast cancer advocacy. This year, they are holding a campaign called “We Can’t Be Pink’d,” which is calling out leaders of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Cancer Institute (NCI), and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Although they have implemented performative pink policies, they have failed to protest breast cancer patients. BCA focuses on advocating for women, people of color, and low-income people.
